EWO™ is the best and most efficient way to place orders with files to NGI.
However, there are times when just files need to be sent via FTP.
If using our FTP, you should contact the appropriate branch.

First, review the instructions for your operating system below.
NOTE: Do not upload folders. Please use a ZIP or Stuffit utility and then upload the .zip or .sit file.

PC Internet Explorer Users:

You do not need to enter a login. Simply select the FTP then click on the "Entry" button.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7 or later, there is an extra step needed. After loggin in,
click Page and then Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.

The upload FTP site is 'blind', which means that you can only see your files during the upload
session. If you exist and enter again, the files cannot be seen. This is a requested security
feature to ensure that other client files are protected.

If you close out of the FTP and need to enter again, click on the refresh link and then the
"Enter" button.

Contact your NGI representative when the upload is complete.
